CRYSTAL SHELL
Not just a cover. An extension of the charging station.
Crystal Shell is a technical protection for outdoor wallboxes combining upper and front shielding, a load-bearing composite-aluminium frame, stainless-steel hardware and an integrated structural rear support.
More than a simple canopy
Crystal Shell adds a front shield in darkened polycarbonate and a rigid rear structure. The shielding helps reduce direct exposure of the wallbox to sun, driving rain, dirt and deposits. It does not waterproof the wallbox and does not alter its IP rating.
Integrated structural rear support
The rigid rear support is supplied as standard and can provide the mounting base for the wallbox, subject to verification of compatibility, dimensions, fixing points and the wallbox manufacturer’s requirements.

- External dimensions: 36 × 45 × 29 cm.
- Polycarbonate: 3 mm.
- UV protection: double UV protection.
- Load-bearing frame: composite aluminium.
- Hardware and fasteners: stainless steel.
- Structural rear support: integrated and supplied as standard.
- Shielding: upper and front.
- Seals: around the perimeter and at dedicated cable-pass points.
Installation
Crystal Shell is primarily intended for wall mounting. It can also be assessed for installation on a suitable pole, pedestal or technical support after checking mechanical stability, dimensions, cable routes and site conditions.
Any pole, pedestal or dedicated technical support is not included in the standard supply or product price. It must be purchased separately or provided by the installer according to the site and configuration.
Compatibility
Compatibility is not automatic or universal. Before ordering, check wallbox width, height and depth; socket, connector and cable position; doors, buttons, displays and controls; operating and maintenance clearance; fixing points; and the wallbox manufacturer’s installation requirements.
Residential and professional applications
Crystal Shell can be used in homes, garages, apartment buildings, companies, offices, hotels, hospitality facilities and private parking areas, subject to installation verification.
