These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Voltacover website and the purchase of products sold through it.

By accessing the website and/or placing an order, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

### 1. Identity of the seller

### 2. Subject matter of the contract
Through the Voltacover website, M2 Work S.r.l.s. offers for sale online covers, supports, stands and accessories for wallboxes and, more generally, technical products for outdoor installations.

The essential characteristics of the products are described in the relevant product pages. Images are for illustrative purposes only and, although prepared with the utmost care, may show slight differences from the actual product due to factors such as lighting, screen rendering, finishes, manufacturing details and non-substantial production updates.

### 3. Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract is deemed concluded when the customer receives order confirmation from M2 Work S.r.l.s. at the e-mail address provided during purchase.

M2 Work S.r.l.s. reserves the right not to accept orders, in whole or in part, in the following cases:
- incomplete or incorrect personal or shipping data;
- subsequent unavailability of the product;
- obvious errors in the product price or description;
- suspicion of fraudulent use of the website or payment methods;
- impossibility of delivery to the destination indicated.

In such cases, the customer will be contacted and, if payment has already been made, will receive a refund of any amount paid.

### 4. Prices
All prices shown on the website are in **Euro (€)** and, unless otherwise indicated, are **inclusive of VAT**.

Any promotions, discounts or special conditions are valid only for the period indicated on the website.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout. If the website indicates free shipping, that condition applies within the limits and under the conditions published on the website itself.

### 5. Payment methods
Payments may be made using the payment methods made available on the website at the time of purchase.

M2 Work S.r.l.s. does not directly store the customer’s full payment data, which are processed through third-party payment providers and the Shopify platform infrastructure, in accordance with their respective security standards and privacy notices.

### 6. Product availability
Product availability shown on the website is to be considered non-binding until the order is confirmed. In rare cases, a product may temporarily be unavailable even after the order has been placed.

In the event of total or partial unavailability, the customer will be informed without delay and may choose to:
- wait for restocking, where possible;
- replace the product with another available product;
- receive a refund of the amount relating to the unavailable product.

### 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the countries indicated on the website at the time of the order. Unless otherwise indicated, Voltacover operates with shipments within the European Union.

Processing and delivery times are indicated in the Shipping Policy and/or on the product pages and may vary depending on the product, destination and time of year.

Any delays not attributable to M2 Work S.r.l.s. – for example delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, holiday periods, strikes or force majeure – do not automatically entitle the customer to compensation, except where required by law.

### 8. Customer obligations
The customer is required to:
- provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information;
- carefully verify product compatibility and dimensions before purchase;
- read any instructions supplied with the product;
- use and install the product correctly and in accordance with its intended purpose.

The customer remains responsible for verifying product compatibility with their wallbox, the existing installation and the actual overall dimensions, including cables, rigid bends, protruding sockets, displays, supports and accessories.

### 9. Limitation of liability
M2 Work S.r.l.s. shall not be liable for damage arising from:
- improper, abnormal or non-compliant use of the products;
- incorrect or unsuitable installation;
- failure to carry out prior checks on compatibility, dimensions or overall size;
- modifications or tampering carried out by the customer or third parties;
- force majeure events or causes not attributable to M2 Work S.r.l.s.

In any case, the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable law remains unaffected.

### 10. Intellectual property
All website content, including texts, images, photographs, product pages, graphics, logos, designs, videos, layout and trademarks, is the property of M2 Work S.r.l.s. or of the respective rights holders and is protected by applicable law.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, publication or unauthorised use is prohibited.

### 11. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
The consumer’s right of withdrawal, as well as return and refund procedures, are governed by the specific **Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal**, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

### 14. Applicable law and competent court
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

For contracts concluded with consumers, in the event of a dispute, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy or in the European Union, shall have jurisdiction in the cases provided for by law.

For relations with parties that do not qualify as consumers, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law, exclusive territorial jurisdiction shall lie with the Court of Pesaro.

### 15. Online dispute resolution
Pursuant to European legislation, consumers resident in the European Union may use the European Commission’s ODR platform for online out-of-court dispute resolution, available at the following address:
