VoltaCover develops and manufactures in Italy protection and integration solutions for outdoor EV charging points. The aim is not to replace the charger, but to make the installation more orderly, better shielded and easier to integrate into the site.

Which solution fits the installation?

• Cyber – compact upper shielding for wall-mounted installations.
• Wallbox Cover – classic wall-mounted cover in different sizes and finishes.
• Crystal Shell – upper and front shielding in tinted polycarbonate with integrated structural rear support.
• Wallbox Cover Plus – cover with a 6 cm rear technical compartment for a more orderly cable route and compatible installation provisions.
• Stand – freestanding structure with an internal technical compartment where no suitable wall is available.
• Vela – premium freestanding solution for hotels, companies, showrooms and representative charging points.

Check before ordering

The correct solution depends on the exact charger model and the real installation conditions. Check overall dimensions; cable, plug, socket and control positions; manufacturer ventilation and operating clearances; mounting surface or foundation; cable route; maintenance access; and the required architectural integration.

A VoltaCover structure does not make the charger waterproof and does not change its IP rating. The charger manufacturer’s instructions and applicable electrical regulations remain authoritative.

Wall-mounted or freestanding?

Where a suitable wall exists, a compact cover can be assessed. Where there is no suitable wall, Stand or Vela can provide a freestanding mechanical structure. Fixing, cable entry, access and site conditions must always be checked.

Depending on the product, VoltaCover uses materials including aluminium composite, stainless-steel components and UV-resistant polycarbonate.
