Refund policy
This policy governs the consumer’s right of withdrawal as well as the procedures for return, replacement and refund of products purchased on Voltacover.
### 1. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Pursuant to applicable law, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within **14 days** from receipt of the products, without having to state a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a communication within the above deadline to **info@m2work.it**, specifying:
- first and last name;
- order number;
- the product or products for which the withdrawal is intended;
- contact details for any communication.
### 2. Return conditions
In order to benefit from a full refund of the returned product, the goods must be returned:
- intact;
- not used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning;
- complete with any accessories, instructions and original packaging, where reasonably available;
- properly packed for transport.
The customer is responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is strictly necessary to verify their nature and characteristics.
### 3. Return procedure
After receiving the withdrawal request, M2 Work S.r.l.s. will provide the customer with the operating instructions for the return.
Unless otherwise agreed or unless the error is attributable to M2 Work S.r.l.s., the **direct cost of returning the goods** shall be borne by the customer.
For bulky parcels or particular products, M2 Work S.r.l.s. may, at its discretion, assist the customer in arranging collection or provide specific instructions for the return.
### 4. Refund
Once the return has been received and its compliance with the above conditions has been verified, M2 Work S.r.l.s. will proceed with the refund without undue delay and, in any case, within the time limits provided by law.
The refund will be made, where possible, using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
M2 Work S.r.l.s. reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer has proved that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
### 5. Exclusions or limitations
The right of withdrawal may be excluded or limited in the cases provided for by law, for example for customized products or products made to the customer’s specific request, where applicable.
Where a product is offered as made to measure, customized or non-standard, any exclusion of the right of withdrawal will be indicated on the relevant product sheet or communicated before the order is completed.
### 6. Defective, damaged or incorrect products
If the customer receives a product that is:
- defective;
- damaged;
- not compliant with the order;
- incomplete for reasons attributable to M2 Work S.r.l.s.,
the customer must promptly contact support at **info@m2work.it**, indicating the order number and attaching clear photos of the problem.
In such cases, after verification, M2 Work S.r.l.s. will, depending on the case, provide:
- replacement of the product;
- collection of the product;
- a full or partial refund;
- another solution agreed with the customer and compliant with applicable law.
Where the error or defect is attributable to M2 Work S.r.l.s., the costs of handling the return will not be charged to the customer.
### 7. Product exchange
Requests to change variant, color, size or model are handled case by case, depending on product availability and the order status. The customer may contact support to verify the most suitable solution.
