Legal warranty and support

The products sold by Voltacover are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by applicable law.

### 1. Duration of the guarantee
For consumer customers, the legal guarantee lasts **24 months** from delivery of the product.

For purchases made by companies or professionals with a VAT number, coverage is recognized in accordance with applicable law and, for the M2 Work range, is generally stated as **12 months**, unless different conditions are specified in the product sheet or in particular agreements.

### 2. Scope of the guarantee
The guarantee covers original lack of conformity of the product existing at the time of delivery and arising within the validity period of the guarantee.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled, within the limits of the law, to have conformity restored through repair or replacement or, where applicable, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

### 3. What the guarantee does not cover
The guarantee does not cover damage or defects arising from:
- improper or non-compliant use of the product;
- incorrect installation;
- impacts, falls, accidental events or external causes occurring after delivery;
- unauthorized modifications, tampering or adaptations;
- normal wear and tear;
- lack of ordinary maintenance or basic cleaning of the product;
- failure to comply with the indicated measurements, compatibility, supports or mounting methods.

### 4. How to request assistance
To request assistance, the customer must write to **info@m2work.it** indicating:
- order number;
- product name;
- description of the issue;
- useful photos or videos;
- contact details for handling the case.

M2 Work S.r.l.s. will assess the case and will inform the customer of the handling procedure, which may include a request for further information, replacement of the product, collection of the product, repair or another solution compliant with applicable law.

### 5. Limits
Any interventions, replacements or assistance under guarantee do not automatically extend the original duration of the guarantee, except as required by law.
